Company & business planning
Define U.S. business goals, corporate structure and a business plan, coordinating company formation and operating preparations with professional partners.

The HEBE America project connects real skincare store operations with brand development, professional training and multinational business management. Alongside established immigration legal partners, we coordinate L-1A work-status and EB-1C permanent-residence planning for eligible managers and executives.
Discuss the HEBE America project
Originating in Seoul, HEBE brings thirteen years of international beauty business experience and a global network of more than 120 stores, connecting skin care, medical aesthetics education, professional products and store operations. Our America project builds on that experience through real operations, team development and long-term business growth.

The project connects U.S. skincare store operations with multinational business development. HEBE OF AMERICA supports the brand, store setup, training and operations; immigration legal partners handle individual pathway assessment and application planning.
L-1A is a temporary work visa classification for multinational managers and executives. EB-1C is an employment-based immigrant classification for multinational managers and executives. Each has its own eligibility requirements and adjudication process, supported by qualifying company relationships, management roles and real business activity.
Key factors include qualifying U.S. and overseas corporate relationships, overseas employment, actual management duties and U.S. business operations. L-1 generally requires one continuous year of qualifying overseas employment within the relevant preceding three years. EB-1C also requires the U.S. petitioner to have been doing business for at least one year. Legal partners assess the applicable rules and individual history.
These are discussed individually according to your background, target market, store scale and level of involvement. Contact the HEBE America project team to develop an appropriate business and investment plan.
