HEBE and the CBC Skin Care Education Professional Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement on July 31, 2022. Committee chair Sun Jingjing and HEBE CEO Zhao Chao represented the two organisations, establishing cooperation based on complementary expertise and shared resources.
The partnership covers professional education, training and technical standards, product development, store management and industry exchange. The committee, established in July 2017, supports professional development and standardisation across the skin care sector.
A skin care education and training base was inaugurated at HEBE in Hangzhou on the same day. It supports competition registration and selection, training and examinations. A related discussion addressed skin care standardisation and new retail models, linking professional education with the needs of stores and consumers.
