HEBE founder Zhao Chao joined South Korea’s BSG Group at a strategic acquisition signing ceremony attended by more than 100 members of the group’s China headquarters. The agreement brought HEBE’s Korean company into the group and established a new stage of cooperation with Dermabell.
Korean headquarters representative Kim Myung-chan signed the agreement and appointed Zhao Chao as Dermabell Group’s O2O Chief Operating Officer. In his remarks, Zhao highlighted teamwork, professional commitment and the opportunity to develop HEBE’s skin care and education expertise within the group.
The ceremony also introduced Dermabell’s professional skincare products and digital store support. The presentation described a network covering more than 60,000 professional skin care stores in 17 countries, 2022 gross merchandise value exceeding RMB400 million, local Douyin marketing services and four consecutive years of Korean consumer satisfaction recognition. The signing concluded with a welcome dinner for Zhao and the HEBE team.
