Dermabell and HEBE OF AMERICA signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HungryPanda at the platform’s North American headquarters in Monterey Park, California, on August 6, 2025. The agreement connects professional skin care, aesthetics education and store operations with local lifestyle services for Chinese-speaking consumers.
The joint delegation included Dermabell North American President Edison Zhou; HEBE North American President Nicholas An; Dermabell Group O2O Chief Operating Officer Zhao Chao; HEBE education advisers Judy Yan, Maggie Chen, Seesy Lin, Janet Woo and Sarah; and Dermabell team members Mark Tao and Shikang Yang. HungryPanda was represented by Global Business Development Director Vicky Wang and North American Business Development Lead Audrey Huang.
The partners outlined an online-to-offline customer journey covering digital discovery, appointments and in-store services. Their cooperation includes customer referrals, joint skin care and retail experiences, professional training and standardised store operations. HungryPanda representatives cited more than 100,000 active users in North America. The plan announced at the ceremony targeted 100 cloud-chain stores and more than US$1 million in gross merchandise value by December 2025, followed by further growth in 2026. These figures were the partners’ stated targets at the signing.
Zhao Chao emphasised combining channel access, brand expertise and education with local services. Vicky Wang highlighted the opportunity to expand the platform’s lifestyle offering through coordinated online and offline beauty experiences.
